		<description>I am all signed up for the open. Glad to support it and to see ultimately where I am this year so I have a goal to improve against next year. Sort of like my FGB score from last year. :)

Good stuff on all the tempo movements today. Thanks Tanner for the pointers on straight leg deadlifts. I guess I just took it a bit to literal this morning. :D</description>

The am crew rocked out as usual.  It seemed like everyone was going in slow motion on all the lifts today, lots of time under tension. Good stuff!</description>
