CrossFit Wilmington prides itself on seeking health and wellness in balance with fitness. We recognize that your diet is infinitely more important to your health than any exercise program. Simply put, no amount of exercise can replace a bad diet.
We offer the best nutrition resources and counseling available. Our classes and counseling will fuel the results you want in the gym and get you on the right track to a healthier, disease and sickness free life.

Our recommendations for diet emphasize nourishing the body with clean, natural food. We keep it simple and easy. Eating a diet low in carbohydrates, with no sugar, plenty of good fats, and moderate amounts of quality protein support a healthy body and mind and naturally reduce body fat and helps maintain a lean body. Our model for proper diet is centered around eating whole foods that mother nature created. You won’t go hungry on our suggestions. We encourage our clients to eat lean meats, nuts and healthy fats, veggies, and fruits… and plenty of them.
We considering dieting a positive word. Our “diet” is all about eating, not going hungry. The balanced meals and snacks we suggest are very fulfilling and packed with all the nutrition your body needs.
Nutrition Classes
CrossFit Wilmington offers 2 hour, introductory classes to get you started on eating healthy. The class presents the foundations of Primal, Paleo, Zone, and Intermittent Fasting diets and how to incorporate the best of each to fit your lifestyle and not only meet, but exceed your fitness goals.
We typically present the class at least once a month. Cost: $40.00
Nutrition Counseling 5 week Program
CrossFit Wilmington’s Nutritional Counseling Program is a 5 week, one on one counseling program designed and tailored for the individual’s goals. We take you, step by step recommended plan, how to get started, and how to implement the plan in a realistic, practical manner with no gimmicks or quick fix starvation dieting. We measure your body fat percentage, record you weight, and walk you through exactly how many calories and grams of protein, carbs, and fat you should be eating each day.
We provide materials and resources to further your knowledge of eating for wellness and a tailored approach to tune and adjust your diet to your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, fuel a triathlon, or simply live a healthier life, our nutrition counseling will set you for life.
We consider your daily routine and lifestyle and develope a plan that enables you to reach your fitness goals. The Nutritional Counseling Program gives much attention to providing simple solutions to the everyday temptation eating unhealthy. Our approach makes it easy to stop eating the unhealthy foods so readily available in our society and start eating healthy for anyone.
CrossFit Wilmington’s Nutritional Counseling Program will insure your fitness goals rest on a solid foundation. Cost: $200.00
Nutrition Counseling Individual Session
Our individual sessions are for those of you with need specific questions answered in order to dial in your diet. Or maybe you understand the Paleo, but want help measuring your fat percentage and calculating your daily food intake. These things can be handle in just one meeting. Cost: $50 per session
