*Crossfit Wilmington runs on an open gym policy. However, classes take priority
over open gym.
Classes
The classes are personal/group training sessions led only by CrossFit Certified
instructors. Each class is step by step instruction on the proper execution of the
day's exercises, a thorough warm up, the workout of the day (WOD), and cool down/stretching
time.

INTRO TO CROSSFIT COURSE:
An introduction to CrossFit foundations course is required to all new CrossFit Wilmington
members who lack previous exposure to CrossFit methodologies. As with all our courses,
it is led by a CrossFit Certified instructor. A course consist of three individualized
personal training sessions. The course gradually introduces you to the exercises
and the fundamentals of CrossFit. This introductory course is designed to insure
that our clients have a basic understanding of the crossfit foundations. These courses
seek to prepare you for the rigors of CrossFit. These sessions allow us to assess
each individual's fitness level in order to scale the WODs to one's personal needs.
These sessions are also an opportunity for us to provide you with a better understanding
of Nutrition. The Introduction to CrossFit classes are
by appointment, so call or stop by to schedule an appointment with Josh, Darren,
Tony, or Julie.
