WOD Classes:

The WOD classes are group personal training sessions led only by CrossFit Certified instructors. Each class is step by step instruction on the proper execution of the day’s exercises, a thorough warm up, the WOD (workout of the day), and cool down/stretching time.



INTRO TO CROSSFIT COURSE:

An introduction to CrossFit foundations course is required to all new CrossFit Wilmington members who lack previous exposure to CrossFit methodologies. As with all our courses, it’s led by a CrossFit Certified instructor. A course is three classes. The cost is $100.00. And yes, it is worth it. The classes gradually introduce a new participant to the exercises and intensity of CrossFit. These classes are intended help insure that our clients have a basic understanding of CrossFit foundations and are prepared for fully scaled CrossFit workout of the days (WODs). Nutritional information and how to navigate the CrossFit websites are also covered.

The Introduction to CrossFit classes are by appointment, so call or stop by to schedule an appointment with Josh, Darren, Tony, Julie, or Casey.
