Strength Conditioning

CrossFit Wilmington offers dedicated strength conditioning instruction for those who want to increase their strength and power.  Anyone can benefit from developing a good strength base and our S/C program does just that.

One on One Instruction
If you prefer a more personal instruction, our one on one personal training may be your choice.  The cost and details will vary per client’s requirements and goals.

 

 

 

Drop In Class
A drop in class is by appointment and is tailored to the need of the client. 
These sessions are typically billed at the hourly rate of $50.00/hr.
